FIBT Skeleton School

The FIBT skeleton school usually takes place at the conclusion of the season, (late March, early April) and has been held in lake placid for the past two years. The school is a week long beginner/intermediate program with several coaches available and watching on the track. In 2008, the school featured daily programs including curve theory, track walks, video reviews, and weight room sessions. The school is available to athletes not ranked in the top 20 in the world.
